Chadd Salamone(on the right of this picture), President of Salamone Development Inc., has 20 years of experience in the construction of high quality homes and in renovation projects that meet his clients’ desires and to add value to their homes. From day one, Chadd has positioned himself to focus on building high quality custom homes or in renovating homes in a manner that meets the unique quality oriented needs of his clients. Beginning as a teenager, Chadd knew that one day he would build quality custom homes that would enhance the quality of the lives of his clients. He began his career literally at the “ground level”, sweeping and cleaning houses that were being built. In a short time, because of the focus he had on his goal, hard work and an insatiable desire to learn everything he could about quality construction, Chadd worked his way up the ladder. Within a few years he was managing multi faceted tasks of building custom homes for the owners of this company. Chadd was fortunate in that the owners with whom he worked recognized his passion and commitment. Therefore they gave him the opportunity to work hand and hand with them. The owners had a complimentary skill set. One had a business background and the other was a master carpenter, builder. This gave Chadd the unique opportunity to learn both the business and the craft of building high quality homes. Because of the quality and dedication he brought to everything he did Chadd was given the opportunity to watch, listen and learn from the owners’ knowledge and many years of experience. Chadd likens this experience to the apprenticeship that was common in the development of true craftsman. As Chadd states, “there may be any number of builders who have been able to learn the construction side of the business. But I was given the crucial experience of learning not only all aspects of high quality construction but the business of construction as well. There is no magic to construction. It is through hard work, quality craftsmanship and attention to details that make a true custom home”. It is Chadd’s belief that, “the clients with whom I deal want to be sure that I not only bring them high quality construction but that I run a high quality business as well.” Chadd soon determined it was time to realize his dream. Building homes wasn’t just a job for him. It was a passion. He decided he was ready to take his dream and plan to the next level. So he struck out on his own. Because of the reputation he had earned he was able to begin working with customers, who appreciated the craftsmanship and customer focus that is the hallmark of everything Chadd does. His first clients respected his expertise and gave him the opportunity to begin his mission to “have the responsibility and privilege to build or renovate the house of my clients’ dreams” and to “have every project be a great source of pride to my clients and me”.
